オシリスの天秤のあらすじ
舞台は現代。
主人公は謎に包まれた暗殺者。
彼はある事情から体の左側の臓器がほとんどない。
そのため体が弱く、体術はもちろん銃の扱いも不得手である。
およそ暗殺者としての資質からほど遠い主人公・・・
しかしある特殊能力が彼を特別な暗殺者たらしめている。
それはごくわずかなサイコキネシス。コップの中の水に少し波紋を起せる程度の微細な超能力。
しかしこの力により彼はターゲットの脳を破壊し相手を脳死に至らしめターゲットの臓器を移植用に提供する。
彼は暗殺の依頼を受けると必ずターゲットに直接会い本人と会話する。
ターゲットが本当に殺されるべき人間かどうか確認するために。
彼は何者か、彼はなぜ暗殺者になったのか、なぜターゲットの臓器を移植用に使おうとするのか・・・
ストーリーが進むとともに少しずつその秘密が明かされていく・・・
