繁華街にあるスパロウズホテル。
繁華街にあるため泥酔者、ケンカする者、そう危ないことが日常茶飯事に起こり、主任である塩川環(しおかわたまき)が困っていた。
そんな時、フロント係の面接に来た佐藤小百合の特技が巨乳と暗殺?っと話す。
